Defective, misaligned or incorrect wallpaper/decal orders must be reported to us within 10 business days of arrival. Please inspect all wallpaper/decal orders upon arrival. We can not offer refunds for carrier induced damages. Items damaged in transit must be handled by contacting the shipping carrier and filing a damage claim. Damaged/defective items will be replaced, not refunded, and/or damaged parts replaced, as available. For example, if your wall is exactly 96-inches high, please order the 108-inch panels.

If your wall is exactly the height of the panels, please order up to the next available height to allow for installation excess.

For example, if a panel is cut in half for installation, the two half will not align with each other.

Panels cannot be cut + pieced together, as each panel is unique from top to bottom.

Each panel aligns with the previous panel to create the full mural pattern.
